These Terms shall not infringe upon any ownership of the Results belonging to the Parties of the TRANS-SAHARA Project.

Providers shall be presumed as the Owners of the Website and therefore be entitled to the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights. 

Users only have accessed for the Purpose and do not own the intellectual and industrial property of the contents. 

All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by ZABALA and is protected by copyright and trademarks laws. 

Responsibility of the contents

The Consortium of the Project, or Providers shall not be deemed responsible for any illegal activity carried out by third parties on their website to which Users have accessed through the Project’s Website or that could be linked to the Project’s Website. 

Reproducibility of the contents

It is prohibited the whole or partial reproduction or copy of the contents displayed on the Website. 

Limitation of Liability to a service

We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website.

We will not be held liable for any third-party services, technical failures, or user actions arising from the use of this Website.

5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Legal notice, and its provisions shall be subject to the applicable laws in the European Union, primarily, but not limited to, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation), and the Directive 2009/136/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25  November 2009 amending Directive 2002/22/EC on universal service and Users’ rights relating to electronic communications networks and services, Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector and Regulation (EC) No  2006/2004 on cooperation between national authorities responsible for the enforcement of consumer protection laws.

In the event of disputes, it shall be solved amicably. If the former is not possible, Users and Providers have the right to file a lawsuit in the competent courts which shall be the Belgian Courts, unless otherwise stated in Consumer protection laws or any other applicable legislation worldwide

6. AMENDMENTS

This Legal Notice shall be amended in writing as soon as an error or need is detected to the extent is necessary when any of the preconceived circumstances provided herein change and it shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions.
